The Kindu Trust runs a child sponsorship scheme in Gondar Ethiopia. The sponsorship money is paid directly to families (who are monitored to ensure they are not abusing the scheme) to provide food and education for the child. We have a team in Ethiopia who regularly visit each child in their home to monitor progress and send reports to the sponsors.

In addition, The Kindu Trust is involved in other community projects, including the Clean Gondar Project that provides children in the community with breakfast and new clothes in exchange for helping to clean up some of the dirty areas of Gondar.
