My friend and I will be cycling for 7 days, covering a distance of around 500km. We start at Saigon, Vietnam and cycle to Siem Reap, Cambodia.

We are raising money for both listed charities and hope to raise in excess of £5000. We have many different events planned to raise funds and are welcoming any donations however large or small.
