500m swim in a freezing lake without a wetsuit, 20km cycle up a hill against the wind & 5km run which I never do
Hi there, against the doctor's orders I have decided to particpate again in the Locarno triathlon. The knee has not healed 100% since I fell off my bike 3 months ago so I have not been able to train. Surely there must be an easier way for me to raise money for these kids than put myself through such pain! Please sponsor generously. Thank you xx
