Healing Hands Network sends volunteer therapists to Bosnia to work with people suffering from the trauma and terrible consequences of war or disaster. I am going to Sarajevo again in July 2010 and will be working for two weeks with people who have suffered deeply. Some have been tortured or raped and some have spent time in concentration camps. Through this work we help to enable them to rebuild their lives.

If you would like to know more about the work in Sarajevo, please read my blog (link below). The work is so worthwhile and it feels really important to go there again this year. I hope you will be able to sponsor. The people we see are aware that it is only through the generosity of others that therapists are able to go.
