Reflex works in young offender institutes and in areas of high deprivation, equipping young people with skills, confidence and opportunities to achieve their full potential.

Reflex youth workers build positive relationships with young people, modelling acceptable behaviour and helping them access appropriate services that support their transition to adulthood.

Our tutors are established urban artists who run music, theatre and life skills programmes. Our Urban Skillz courses, in particular, allow young people to write and perform tracks and plays that help them reflect creatively on their lives and express themselves positively. These young people also achieve an accredited award, which raises their self-esteem and their aspirations.
